Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide General Circular No. 04/2022 dated 27.05.2022 has relaxed the late fee for Annual Form of LLP e-Form 11 upto 30th June 2022.

Now LLP can file Annual e-Form 11 upto 30.06.2022 without paying late fee. They have to pay normal fee only.
