Government of Rajasthan vide Notification No. F.17(131-Pt-II)ACCT/GST/2017/7713 dated 24th March 2022 has extended the limit for Eway Bill generation to Rs. 2 Lakhs.

This amendment will be effective from 01.04.2022.

Major points of Notification:

1. Limit for eway bill is now Rs. 2 Lakhs
2. New limit will be applicable from 01.04.2022
3. New limit is applicable for Intra State Supply i.e. supply within same state.
4. New limit is applicable on all goods expect for the following:
   • • All Type of Tobacco (for eg. Chewing tobacco, Khaini, Cigarettes, Bidi etc, i.e. All goods of Chapter 24)
     • Pan Masala (Tariff Heading 2106)
     • Wood and articles of wood (Chapter 44)
     • Iron and Steel (All goods of Chapter 72)
5. Following documents (whichever is applicable) shall be carried even if intra state is exempt:

• • Tax Invoice
  • Bill of Supply
  • voucher
  • Delivery Challan
  • Bill of Entry
