Ministry of Finance vide Notification No. 05/2022 –Central Tax dated 17.05.2022 has extended the due date of filing of GSTR 3B to 24.05.2022.

Due date is extended on the recommendations of the Council because there is technical issue in auto generation of GSTR 2B and auto population of data in GTSR 3B from GSTR 2B.
