CBIC through Press Release and vide Notification No. Notification No. 32/2021 – Central Tax dated 29.08.2021 has extended the time limit for filing of form GSTR-3B and Form GSTR-1 / IFF by the companies using Electronic Verification Code (EVC) till 31st October, 2021.

Earlier this facility was enabled upto 31.08.2021. Taxpayer have option to file their GST Returns as mentioned above through Digital Signature (DSC) or through Electronic Verification Code (EVC) upto 31.10.2021.
